All waxed paper is waterproof and greaseproof. It has been in use for decades. We offer smooth or crêped versions as rolls or in set formats.
Simple oiled papers are mainly produced from sorted recycled paper. We also supply Kraft waxed paper, especially produced without any corrosive content, for packing high-end goods. These papers are produced from fresh cellulose fibres. Standard weights are 60, 70 or 80 g/m².
Oiled paper and waxed paper are at the forefront of recommended packing materials – taking into account the increased awareness of the need for environmental protection and nature conservation.
A field trial has shown that these papers exhibit decaying properties similar to those of foliage.
